RESOLUTION NO. 97,_
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL FOR CHIPPEWA RIDGE
WHEREAS, Gladys Schlosser (Applicant) has requested approval of the plat
of Chippewa Ridge; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed the
plat submitted by the Applicant and found it to be in compliance with the
subdivision regulations of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicant for Chippewa
Ridge, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant acknowledges that Lot 1, Block 1 is at minimum size
for compliance with City ordinances and no portion of the lot may be
sold to adjacent property owners;
2. The driveway for Lot 9 shall enter off of Outlot A;
3. The Applicant shall pay to the City a park dedication fee for all lots
except Lots 1 and 9 in the amount determined by the City staff;
4. It is acknowledged that all lots have sufficient room to accommodate
an animal structure;
5. The Applicant shall pay to the City for administrative expenses the
amount determined by the City staff to represent the actual cost to
the City of reviewing the subdivision;
6. The Applicant shall file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60
days of the date of the adoption of this resolution. If the plat is not
filed within this period of time, the approval hereby given by the City
shall be null and void.
