A permit is hereby requested to cover installation of single
phase primary underground cable to serve the CHERRY HILL FARM 2ND
ADDITION. The primary will consist of 1 1/0 - 15 kV jacketed
cable to be buried 36 inches below grade.
A completed Permit Application form, together with the required
Exhibit "A" are enclosed. Please sign both copies of the Permit
and return the original in the enclosed, self-addressed, stamped
envelope. You may keep one copy for your records.
This work is to be done on our Minnetonka Division Project CHER-
MED-BAO.
