PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, the Block and lots as noted were assessed an added
assessment or overpayments were cancelled, and
WHEREAS, upon further review, the Tax Assessor has determined
that the homeowners should not have received an added
assessment, and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector recommends that the balances be
cancelled according~y.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the
Tax Collector cancels taxes as follows:
