CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE
20 LAYFAYETTE STREET
WHEREAS, 20 Layfayette Strect has requested one (1) handicapped parking space;
and
WHEREAS, this facility has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau for
said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no
objections to the approval of said handicapped parking spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following handicapped parking
spaces shall be designated:
20 Lafayette Street
Adopted this 18th day of May, 2000
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 19, 2000.
