To the records custodian of Gulf Stream, I am still looking for a response and/or acknowledgement of
the below highlighted request. I need to hear something back either way on this. Consider this my 5,
10, 30 or whatever pre -suit notice. If the Town's game is to dare me to litigate then I will oblige if I
don't hear anything meaninful back by next Friday. Meaningful includes telling me what records are
out there, when I will get production, and why I have not heard back from the Town and why I should
consider the Town's actions to be in good faith.

Cool thanks Joanne.
But is there any way the Town can double check? I don't get the warm and fuzzies on this one so I want
to be specific. The entry says "Prepare report to Scott regarding Bar, Rico, O'Hare and O'Boyle Cases." I
just want to make sure that the report was not reflected in any medium. That it was 100% oral with no
accompanying documentation or recordings (written or otherwise). If we are playing a game of specifics
(which I hate), I will request any records that were created as part of that preparation for the report, I
hope that request will be more fruitful but I only want Bar -Related stuff right now. And unless someone
wants to tell me that Bob has hyperthymesia, I am going to be highly suspicious that a report was
prepared and delivered without a trace.
By the way, here is where my head is at: (1) 1 am not interested in playing punctilious games with
language in records, if anyone thinks that I may be interested in a record or that a record may be
responsive — let me know. For example, if I see something in an agenda and am trying to get something
supporting a particular item, I would appreciate it if someone emailed me and said (Oh1 do you just
want the backup to the agenda? that is what we call all the supporting documents and it looks like that
is what you are after); (2) if I have a question about a record, that it be addressed in good faith (I used to
work at the FAA, I know how to be helpful with a FOIA request or make the requestors life miserable) —
so humor me; (3) Although I am rightly embarrassed about getting'Berned' on my Iowa prediction and I
know we can't just amend public records willy-nilly (even if we win 6 coins tosses in a row), I would
request that the word Iowa be strirkea and replaced with New Hampshire on that last request.

Thank you for the response and please note that I hate writing nastygrams to get attention.
I will alert the custodian of their duty under 119.07(c) to respond promptly and in good faith. To wit,
have clarified my request on Feb. it and had to follow up on Feb 26, 2016. 1 am now following up
because I have not received a lawful response from the custodian and I would recommend and ask the
Town perform an internal investigation as to why. (Specifically, why am I having to follow up and clarify
requests also why are my responses unlawful and what is or could be done to change that).
I just want to confirm that the work product privilege is being asserted over Florida Bar related materials
with regard to the prep work and backup to the report under 119.071(1)(d). The way I read the Town's
March 4, response is that records exist regarding the Florida Bar stuff but that they are privileged work
product. I want to be absolutely clear that the Town is not taking the position that "no records exist" to
the subject matter of my request. Had the Town followed the procedures set forth in 119.071(1)(d)(2)
(When asserting the right to withhold a public record pursuant to this paragraph, the agency shall
identify the potential parties to any such criminal or civil litigation or adversarial administrative
proceedings), I would not have to take time out of my day to alert the Town to its ministerial duties.
So please, I am begging for clarification here, this has been frustrating.
Also, I would request any expenditures, or disbursements made in connection with Ganger's trips to the
Florida Legislature and/or Florida League of Cities as well as any disbursements or expenditures made in
connection with John Randolph's Ethics Complaint. So there are no surprises, I am interested in the
amount of money spent and for what for Ganger's lobbying activities in 2015 and 2016. 1 am also
interested in seeing if the Town is paying in any way to assist in John Randolph's ethics
complaint. Thank you.

The entry says "Prepare report to Scott regarding Bar, Rico, O'Hare and O'Boyle Cases. " Ijust
want to make sure that the report was not refected in any medium. That it was 100% oral with
no accompanying documentation or recordings (written or otherwise). If we are playing a game
of specifics (which I hate), I will request any records that were created as part of that preparation
for the report, I hope that request will be more fruitfid but I only want Bar -Related stuff right
now. (amended 3/7/16 - Also, I would request any expenditures, or disbursements made in
connection with Ganger's trips to the Florida Legislature and/or Florida League of Cities as well
as any disbursements or expenditures made in connection with John Randolph's Ethics Complaint.
So there are no surprises, I am interested in the amount of money spent and for what for Ganger's
lobbying activities in 2015 and 2016 I am also interested in seeing if the Town is paying in any
way to assist in John Randolph's ethics complaint. Thankyou.)

"John Randolph's Ethics Complaint" you intend to refer to the complaint made by Christopher
O'Hare to the State Commission on Ethics. There are no responsive records regarding Mr.
Randolph's ethic's complaint expenses.
