'President Richards presiding.-
Members Byrd', Rea, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the joint roll call
for aN agencies.
Also presenf were- Chief Administrative Officer Davis, City Attorney Thever,
- Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary 'Hooper announced that the .agenda had been posted in accordance
with the Browri Act.

In order to defray the costs of providing special events, staff has .made initial
inquiries. with: regards to corporate sponsorship by beverage companies.
It was ..moved by Member. Byrd, seconded by Member Reyes and carried to .

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by

SEPTEMBER 12, 2001
The Public Finance Authority of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at
11330 Bullis Road on the. above date at 9:10 a.m.
President Richards presiding.
Members Byrd, Reyes,. Sanchez and. Richards answered the joint .roll call for all
agencies.
Member Rea was absent.
Also present were Chief Administrative Officer Davis, City Attorney Thever,
Project Manager Jackson, and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper was absent.
Project Manager Jackson announced that the agenda had been posted in
accordance with the Brown Act.

Item #5: UPDATE ON SB484 (Vincent Bill)
President Richards stated- he would bring back this Items to the next Special
Meeting.
Treasurer Pygatt arrived. at 9:40 a.m.

Having no further discussion,. it was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by
Member Reyes and carried to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 a.m.
