CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION N0.�" 76
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has budgeted $3,423.00 of Year XV Community
Development Block Grant Funds toward rehabilitation of private property; and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina has budgeted $10,000 toward an Independence
Street Improvement project; and
WHEREAS, $15,672.45 has been paid by the City of Medina in 1990 for the
Independence Beach Street Improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the $3,423.00 in the rehabilitation activity is not a sufficient
amount to complete a rehab project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the $3,423.00 be reprogrammed to the
Independence Beach Street Improvement project for payment of an additional
$3,423.00 of the Contractor's bill.
