AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with the City of Rock Hill, for cost sharing for municipal stormwater expenditures in Deer Creek
OMCI Reimbursements Program (City of Rock Hill Agreement) (13487) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15837, adopted January 13, 2022, and Ordinance No.
16041, adopted January 12, 2023, authorized the appropriation for municipal stormwater
expenditures in the Deer Creek OMCI Reimbursements Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement with the City of Rock Hill, for cost sharing for municipal stormwater
expenditures in Deer Creek OMCI Reimbursements Progiam (City of Rock Hill Agreement)
(13487) in St. Louis County, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Ninety-
Six Thousand Nine Hundred Six Dollars ($96,906.00) from the Operation, Maintenance,
Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek and shall be comprised of such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on May 11, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Fein-, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, B. Watson and B. Wahby
Nays - None
