AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with the City of Kirkwood, for cost sharing for municipal stormwater expenditures in Sugar Creek
OMCI Reimbursements Program (City of Kirkwood Agreement) (13490) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15583, adopted January 14, 2021, authorized the
appropriation for municipal stormwater expenditures in the Deer Creek OMCI Reimbursements
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement with the City of Kirkwood, for cost sharing for municipal stormwater
expenditures in Sugar Creek OMCI Reimbursements Program (City of Kirkwood Agreement)
(13490) in St. Louis County, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Sixty
Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, Construction, Improvement
Fund of Sugar Creek and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved
by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on May 11, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, B. Watson and B. Wahby
Nays - None
