AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to F.M. Global Insurance Company
(Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Property and Boiler & Machinery Insurance
Coverage from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. F.M. Global Insurance Company (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent)
is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Property and Boiler & Machinery Insurance
Coverage from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans, and B. Wahby
Nays - none
