AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Gemini (Berkley Public Entity) (Charles
L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (Second Layer)
coverage from July 1, 2023 to July, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Gemini (Berkley Public Entity) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) is
hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (Second Layer)
coverage from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans, and B. Wahby
Nays - none
