AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Casualty and Surety Company
(Travelers Excess) (Charles L. Crane Agency, agent) for the District’s Fiduciary Liability
Insurance Coverage (Second Layer) from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Casualty and Surety Company (Travelers Excess) (Charles
L. Crane Agency, agent) is hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Fiduciary Liability
Insurance Coverage (Second Layer) from July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2024.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Feb’, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans, and B. Wahby
Nays - none
