AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Missouri Underground Storage 'l ank
Fund for the District’s Underground Storage Tank Insurance coverage from July 1, 2023 to June
30, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Missouri Underground Storage Tank Fund is hereby awarded the
contract for the District’s Underground Storage Tank Insurance coverage from July 1, 2023 to
June 30, 2024.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2023 by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans, and B. Wahby
Nays - none
