HomeMy Public PortalAbout16120 General Services Agreement -- Construction Management (2022) (12387)ORDINANCE NO. 16120 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general construction management services in General Services Agreement - Construction Management (2022) (12387) in Various Locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 22086 with KAI 360 Construction Services, LLC for the aforesaid general construction management services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15761, adopted October 14, 2021, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 22086; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitaiy Replacement Fund for general construction management services in General Services Agreement - Construction Management (2022) (12387) in Various Locations within the District; said contract being comprised of such terms and conditions as have been approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Two. The Executive Diiector and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 22086 with KAI 360 Construction Services, LLC, for general construction management services in General Services Agreement - Construction Management (2022) (12387) in Various Locations within the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 8, 2023 by the following vote: Ayes - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans, and B. Wahby Nays - none Secretary-Treasurer
