AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($ 100,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer
construction in St. George Creek Sanitary Relief (Daisy Ln to Gravois Rd to New Hampshire Ave)
(12212) in the Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate
additional funds to Contract No. 22153 with Keeley Construction Group, Inc. for sanitary sewer
construction.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15890, adopted May 12, 2023, appropriated the initial
funding for and authorized Contract No. 22153;
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certifred that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for sanitary sewer construction in St.
George Creek Sanitary Relief (Daisy Ln to Gravois Rd to New Hampshire Ave) (12212) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to appropriate additional funds
to Contract No. 22153 with Keeley Construction Group, Inc. for sanitary sewer construction in St.
George Creek Sanitaiy Relief (Daisy Ln to Gravois Rd to New Hampshire Ave) (12212) in
Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other
terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on July 13, 2023, by the following vote:
Ayes - A. Fehr, R. Wilson, G. Nicozisin, M. Evans and B. Watson
