WHEREAS all Parcels listed in Exhibit "A" (below) are hereby
declared unbuildable by the Medina City Council because soils do
not meet city ordinance requirements.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that all parcels listed in Exhibit "A"
shall be conveyed to the City of Medina without monetary consideration.
