REQUEST: Provide copies of all public records referring to the creation of what is commonly referred to
as the Ad Hoc Committee. This request would include any noted or file memoranda and phone and text
messages.
THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE
COMMON LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND
ANY STATUTORY RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
STATUTORY RIGHT OF ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE
PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA
CONSTITUTION
PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPROXIMATE COSTS (IF ANY) TO FULFILL THIS PUBLIC
RECORDS REQUEST IN ADVANCE.
It will be required that the Requestor approve of any costs, asserted by the Agency (as defined in
Florida Statute, Chapter 119.01 (Definitions)), in advance of any costs imposed to the Requestor by
the Agency.

Re: Records Request #C -105 - records referring to creation of Ad Hoc
Provide copies of all piihlic records referring to the creation of what is commonly referred to as
the Ad Hoc Committee. This request would inchide any noted orfile memoranda and phone and
text messages.
Dear Mr. Ring,
We are in receipt of your letter dated today, March 28, 2018, in which you indicate that there may
be other documents that are responsive to the original request that were not provided previously. A
copy of this correspondence is attached hereto.
Upon further review the Town did identify one additional document, consisting of 15 pages (Town
Commission Meeting Minutes of 12/13/13) that we believe would be responsive to this request
and it is included with this facsimile.
The Town of Gulf Stream apologizes for this oversight.
We ask that if you believe there are other documents that have not been provided to you,
that you please clarify your request for "records referring to the creation of what is
commonly referred to as the Ad Hoc Committee" so that we may be responsive to your
request
