Doug Tull MSD Rate Commission, I have attended your
meetings before and Ameren's. It made no difference. You
folks always increase rates, and we have no power to choose
an alternative. Eventually, you'll drive homeowners and
businesses out of the area. Also, you tear up all our streets
and never fix or return them to normal. No accountability.

a list of the heavy hitters who don't pay water bills ever. Their
homes and big places of entertainment. Want me to start?

John DiCarlo How about paying for stormwater pipes that lead to
retention ponds! It's amazing that MSD doesn't cover the last leg
that enters or exits the retention ponds. Many HOAs can't afford
that cost!
