AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with The Board of
Commissioners of Tower Grove Park, for cost sharing for green infrastructure construction in CSO
Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Tower Grove Park Basketball Courts (13905) in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15210, adopted August 8, 2019, authorized the
appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction Green
Infrastructure—River Des Peres (13078).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15834, adopted January 13, 2022, authorized the
supplemental appropriation for green infrastructure construction in the CSO Volume Reduction
Green Infrastructure—River Des Peres (13078).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with
The Board of Commissioners of Tower Grove Park, for cost sharing for green infrastructure
construction in CSO Volume Reduction Green Infrastructure – Tower Grove Park Basketball
Courts (13905) in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to
exceed One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($118,800.00) from the General
Fund and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of
the General Counsel of the District.
