AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with the City of Des Peres, for cost sharing for municipal stormwater expenditures in Deer Creek
OMCI Reimbursements Program (City of Des Peres Agreement) (13487) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15581, adopted January 14, 2021, authorized the
appropriation for cost sharing for municipal stormwater expenditures in the Deer Creek OMCI
Reimbursements Program (13487); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15837, adopted January 13, 2022, authorized the
supplemental appropriation for cost sharing for municipal stormwater expenditures in the Deer
Creek OMCI Reimbursements Program 13487; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement with the City of Des Peres, for cost sharing for municipal stormwater
expenditures in Deer Creek OMCI Reimbursements Program (City of Des Peres Agreement)
(13487) in St. Louis County, Missouri; said agreement shall provide for a fee not to exceed Thirty-
Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Dollars ($39,773.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance, Construction, Improvement Fund of Deer Creek and shall be comprised of such
other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
