AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Fifty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($55,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers
in Heimos Pump Station (P-503) Forcemain Replacement (12846) in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20202 with HDR Engineering,
Inc. for design of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13969, adopted October 9, 2014, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 20202; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-Five Thousand Dollars ($55,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for design of sanitary sewers in
Heimos Pump Station (P-503) Forcemain Replacement (12846) in Unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend to Contract No. 20202
with HDR Engineering, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in Heimos Pump Station (P-503)
Forcemain Replacement (12846) in Unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri and said contract
shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General
Counsel of the District.
