WHEREAS, the adoption of Resolution No. 3854 will appoint Brian Watson as the
authorized representative delegate of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District for the Howard
Bend Levee District.
WHEREAS, RSMo §246.300 allows The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
delegate an individual to exercise representation and voting on behalf of MSD in matters requiring
public vote involving the levee district; and
WHEREAS, the MSD Board of Trustees desires to appoint Brian Watson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT, THAT the MSD Board of Trustees
hereby appoints Brian Watson as the authorized representative delegate of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District for the Howard Bend Levee District.
The foregoing Resolution was adopted August 10, 2023.
