AN ORDINANCE, making an appropriation of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($280,000.00) from the District Wide Stormwater Fund to be used for property rights acquisition
in Easement Acquisition for Stormwater Projects (2024) (13168) in the entire District.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance
in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One: The sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($280,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the District Wide Stormwater Fund to be used for property rights acquisition
in Easement Acquisition for Stormwater Projects (2024) (13168) in the entire District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 14, 2023.
