HomeMy Public PortalAbout1990-89I;" Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 919' / RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A LOT DIVISION FOR LEROY UNDIS WHEREAS, LeRoy Undis (Applicant) has submitted an application to divide the property which is described in Exhibit A into two parcels; and WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the resulting parcels are set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the proposed lot division has been reviewed by the planning commission and City Council for compliance with all City ordinances and regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to LeRoy Undis for the division of his property, subject to the following: 1. The Applicant must grant to the City an easement for drainage purposes over the portion of the property required by the city engineer; 2. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for Parcel A in the amount of $ ; and 3.
