RESOLUTION NO. 919' /
RESOLUTION GRANTING
FINAL APPROVAL
OF A LOT DIVISION FOR
LEROY UNDIS
WHEREAS, LeRoy Undis (Applicant) has submitted an application to divide
the property which is described in Exhibit A into two parcels; and
WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the resulting parcels are set forth on
Exhibit B attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot division has been reviewed by the planning
commission and City Council for compliance with all City ordinances and
regulations pertaining to the subdivision of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to LeRoy Undis for the division of
his property, subject to the following:
1. The Applicant must grant to the City an easement for drainage purposes
over the portion of the property required by the city engineer;
2. The Applicant must pay a park dedication fee for Parcel A in the amount of
$ ; and
3. The Applicant must pay to the City an administrative fee representing the
actual cost to the City of renewing this application.

That part of the East 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 13, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota
lying northerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southeast 1/4
thence southerly along the east line of said Southeast 1/4
517.20 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be
described; thence southwesterly deflecting to the right 72
degrees 31 minutes 15 seconds a distance of 1529.14 feet
and said line there terminating.
Subject to easements for Town Roads.
Net Area excluding roads = 20.77 acres
