C;7/-(;L RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR TUCKBOROUGH FARM SECOND ADDITION WHEREAS, Hunterland Corp. (Applicant) has requested preliminary plat approval for 40+ acres according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the preliminary plat submitted by the Applicant for compliance with City requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary plat approval is granted for Tuckborough Farm Second addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant must obtain approval for the plat from the Elm Creek Watershed District; 2. The radius of Navajo Road must meet the city engineer; ;,, 3. The Applicant must post with the credit in the amount determined by the city completion of the subdivision road; the requirements of city a letter of engineer to assure 4. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision; 5. The Applicant must submit a current abstract of title covering all the land within the subdivision for review by the city attorney; and 1 6. The Applicant must submit the final plat for approval within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final plat must in all material respects conform to the preliminary plat, except that it must incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution.
