RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
PLAT APPROVAL FOR TUCKBOROUGH
FARM SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, Hunterland Corporation (Applicant) has requested final approval
of the plat of Tuckborough Farm Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, the city council has reviewed the final plat submitted by the
Applicant and compared it with the preliminary plat approved on January 3, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota that final plat approval is granted to the Applicant for
Tuckborough Farm Second Addition, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicant must pay park dedication fees for Lot 1, Block 1 in an amount
to be determined by the city staff;
2. The Applicant must construct the road to city specifications and shall post
with the City a letter of credit in the amount of $64,050 to ensure
completion thereof;
3. The Applicant must execute a Private Road Agreement in a form
satisfactory to the city attorney;
4. The Applicant must execute a Petition and Waiver Agreement in a form
satisfactory to the city attorney;
5. The Applicant may work on the pond located in the southeast corner of
Lot 1, Block 1 during construction of the house on that lot;
6. The Applicant must dedicate to the public a 20 foot trail easement across
the northern portion of the plat;
7. The Applicant must satisfy to the city attorney regarding the title matters
raised in the plat opinion of January 2, 1991;
8. The Applicant must pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount
determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of
reviewing the subdivision; and

7. The Applicant must file the plat with Hennepin county within 60 days of the
date of signature of the plat by the mayor and clerk -treasurer. If the plat is
not filed with Hennepin County within such period of time, the City's
approval of the plat shall be deemed null and void.
