AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH BEACON PLANNING & CONSULTING SERVICES, LLC
FOR V ARlOUS ENGINEERING PROJECTS
\VHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of specialized engineering
services in connection with various engineering projects in the Borough; and
\VHEREAS, Beacon Planning & Consulting Services, LLC, Colts Towne Plaza,
Suite 207, 41 State Highway 34 South, Colts Neck, New Jersey 07722, possesses
the requisite experience and expertise to provide said services; and
\VHEREAS, Beacon Planning & Consulting Services, LLC, has submitted a
proposal to provide said services at a total cost not to exceed $10,000.00 and
\VHEREAS, the Mayor and the Council have reviewed said proposal; and
\VHEREAS, the Chief Financial Ofticer has certified that funds are or will be
available for said purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Council ofthe
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows:
I. The proposal from Beacon Planning & Consulting Services, LLC for
engineering services in regard to various engineering projects in the
Borough at a total cost not to exceed $10,000.00 is hereby approved;
2. This fl.ctioll is approved as an award of a professional se'0'ices contract

3. A copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and Beacon Planning & Consulting Services, LLC.
