Rol!call: 2. Approval of Agenda: Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 3. Consent Agenda: a) Minutes May 16, 2018 Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 4. Executive Session: For a conference with the Town Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4) (b) and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) regarding pending litigation to include TM Durbin and TA McGowan. Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to enter into the executive session Motion carried: 6-0. Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to exit into the executive session Motion carried: 6-0. 5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding a) Primary Election Process- Sara Rosene County Clerk Page 2 of 2 b) Economic Development Advisory Committee Appointments Trustee Waldow moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to approve Resolution2018-05-04 A Resolution Confirming Appointments to The Economic Development Advisory Committee. Motion carried: 6-0 c) Zero Tolerance Traffic Enforcement Policy Glen Trainor, Chief of Police presented to the Board. d) Transit Intergovernmental Agreement with Winter Park Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to approve Transit Intergovernmental Agreement with Winter Park. Motion carried: 6-0 e) Vendors at Picnic in The Park Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to allow venders at Picnic in the Park with the location of vendors at the discretion of the staff. Motion carried: 5-1, Nay Meyring. 6. Open Forum a) Steakholders meeting for the design of the Fraser Creative Arts Center Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Quinn seconded the motion to move forward with DAO for the design process of the Fraser Creative Arts Center. Motion carried: 6-0. b) CML is June 26- June 29 7. Other Business- 8. Adiourn: Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion carried: 6-0.
