RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF ABC
LICENSE # I201-33-032-0II -ALBOB, INC, TO
KAREN E, BEZNER, ESQ" CHAPTER 7 TRUSTEE
\VHEREAS, an application has been filed for the extension of ABC License #1201-33-
032-011, Albob, Inc. to Karen E. Bezner, Esq., Chapter 7 Trustee; and
\VHEREAS, the submitted application form is complete in all respects, including a copy
of the bankruptcy notice reflecting Karen E. Bezner, Esq. as the Chapter 7 Trustee along
with a copy of the Febmary 18, 2009 Order extending those proceedings to include this
entity and license; and
NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret does hereby approve, effective immediately, the extension of the atoresaid
Plenary Retail Consumption License #1201-33-032-011 to Karen E. Bezner, Esq.
Chapter 7 Trustee as provided for pursuant to the Order of the United States Bankruptcy
Court of New Jersey; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of this Extension of License on behalf of the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) copies of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic
Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625.0087.
