HomeMy Public PortalAbout1991-22Member '5L���(�'' adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 9 7 od1, RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A LOT DIVISION FOR KENNETH BELGARDE WHEREAS, Kenneth Belgarde (Applicant) has requested approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of 17.44 acres into two lots according to the survey attached hereto as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the preliminary lot division submitted by the Applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that preliminary approval is granted to the Applicant for his lot division, subject to the following conditions: 1. The road easement must be adjusted so that the driveway is on the easement; 2. The Applicant must enter into a new driveway agreement in a form satisfactory to the city attorney; 3. The Applicant must pay to the City a park dedication fee for Lot 2; 4. The Applicant must dedicate the drainage and utility easements required by the City engineer; 5. The Applicant acknowledges that, due to lack of access, further subdivision of Lot 1 is not possible; 6. The Applicant must pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing the subdivision; 7. The Applicant must submit a current abstract of title or registered property abstract covering all land within the subdivision for review by the city attorney; and 8. The Applicant shall submit the final lot division to the City for approval within 180 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution, which final lot division must in all respects conform to the preliminary division, except that it shall incorporate all changes and modifications required by this resolution.
