HomeMy Public PortalAbout1991-25Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL OF A LOT DIVISION FOR KENNETH C. BELGARDE AND JOYCE C. BELGARDE WHEREAS, Kenneth C. Belgarde and Joyce C. Belgarde (Applicants) have requested approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of 17.44 acres and legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof into two lots; and WHEREAS, the legal descriptions of the resulting Parcels A and B are included in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the proposed lot division submitted by the Applicant and have determined that it complies with all requirements of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final approval is granted to the Applicants for their lot division, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicants must pay to the City a park dedication fee for Parcel B in the amount determined by city staff; 2. The Applicants acknowledge that, due to lack of access, further subdivision of Parcel A is not possible; and 3. The Applicants must pay to the City for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the City of reviewing the lot division. DATED: f , i Z• , 1991.
