RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR YEAR XVII
URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL
WHEREAS, the City of MEDINA , through execution of
a Joint Cooperation Agreement with Hennepin County, is a cooperating unit in
the Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of ME DI A has developed a
proposal for the use of Urban Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it,
following a public hearing on ArRIL 2 1991 to obtain the views of
citizens on local and Urban Hennepin County housing and community development
needs and the City's following proposed use of $14,963 from the Year
XVII Urban Hennepin County Community Development block Grant and $
in program related income:
Projects Budget
Topographical mapping of Sections 23 and 24
Removal of 4000 gallon underground fuel
storage tank

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of

approves the proposed use of Year XVII Urban Hennepin County Community
Development Block Grant funds and program related income and authorizes
submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County for review and inclusion in the
Year XVII Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Program
Statement of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds.
