The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance No.
878, an ordinance establishing the
Weston Woods of Medina -North
Storm Sewer Improvement Tax
District and Ordinance No. 679, an
ordinance establishing the Weston
Woods of Medina -South Storm
Sewer Improvement Tax District
The tax districts apply to the prop-
erty within the Weston Woods of
Medina plat and development and
would allow the City to acquire,
construct, reconstruct, extend,
maintain and otherwise improve
storm sewer systems and related
facilities related to the Districts and
to levy a tax on all taxable property
within the Districts to finance such
activities.
The full text of the ordinances
are available from the city admin-
istrator -deputy clerk at Medina city
hall during regular business hours.
