AUTHORIZING AMEND~NT TO THE 2000 TEMPORARY
BUDGET
~HEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides
for the adoption of emergency temporary appropriations in
addition to temporary appropriations necessary for the period
between the beginning of the current fiscal year and the' date
}f the adoption of the Local Budget for the Year 2000;
40W, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
~nd Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the following
endments to the temporary appropriations be made in the
)unts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
)etween January 1st, 2000 and the adoption of the Local
3udget for the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex and
rate of New Jersey for the fiscal Year 2000:
