AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW T A.XICAB DRIVER'S
LICENSE FOR THE 2009-2010 LICENSE TERM
\VHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for the 2009~201O License Term by the following:
VANESSA NEGRON
'WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver's License be
granted to VANESSA NEGRON for thc 2009-2010 License Tenn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2009-
2010 License Tenn to VANESSA NEGRON.

and certified as a true copy of the
