AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
VARIOUS MUNICIPAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the- Borough of earteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for various
municipal projects; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YEn by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret. County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows;
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise
for receipt of bids for the fonowing:
Louis Street Tennis Court Upgrade
Hermann Ave. Reconstruction
\Vest Carteret Turnpike Interceptor
Roosevelt Ave. Pump & Interceptor
2009 Road bnprovements
2. That a copy ofthis Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department and the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 19i1i day of May, 2009
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 20"',2009.
