CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. - r f
RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY
APPROVAL OF A LOT DIVISION FOR
LANCE AND SUNNY BEAULIEU
WHEREAS, Lance and Sunny Beaulieu (Applicants) have applied to divide
their 39.5 + acre parcel into two lots in accordance with the survey attached
hereto as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the
application for compliance with the City's subdivision regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina that preliminary approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for the
proposed lot division, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants must grant the right-of-way driveway, drainage and utility
easements required by the City engineer;
2. The Applicants must execute a covenant in a form satisfactory to the city
attorney and to be recorded against the title of Parcel B restricting further
subdivision of the property until access is provided to the satisfaction of the
City;
3. It is acknowledged that no park dedication fee is required;
4. It is acknowledged that Parcel B can support an animal structure;
5. The Applicants must submit an updated Abstract of Title or Registered
Property Abstract for review by the City Attorney; and
6. The Applicants must pay to the City a fee equal to the cost of the City of
reviewing this application.
