RESOLUTION NO. 12-8383
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, TO REQUIRE THAT ALL CHARTER
REVISIONS/AMENDMENTS ARE TO GO BEFORE THE CITY OF
OPA-LOCKA CHARTER REVIEW BOARD; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS,the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires that any and all charter
revisions/amendments go before the Charter Review Board for comment.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka, Florida, hereby directs that
any and all proposed charter revisions/amendments go before the City of Opa-locka Charter Review
Board for review and comment.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
