SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS -MEETING OF
DECEMBER 11 , 2013
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from the ir meeting of December 11, 2013 .
BACKGROUND:
On December 11, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the December 11, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1 . ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner-Clift, Haddad, Nimri, Vice-Chairman Redmond,
Chairman Stratis
Absent: Commissioner-None
Excused: Commissioner-None

2 . APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Publ ic Safety Commission approved the minutes of their November 13, 2013
meeting.
3 . PARKING CITATION HEAR INGS
The Public Safety Commiss i on held two hearings in person, upheld one citation,
and dismissed one citation .
The Public Safety Comm is sio n reviewed four hearings requested by written
declaration, upheld three citations, and dismissed one citation.
4. DISCUSSION OF TRAFFIC SAFETY CONCERNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF
OAK AVENUE AND WOODRUFF AVENUE
The Public Safety Commission agreed to halt further action until conditions are
warranted .
CONCLUSION :
The City Council i s requested to receive and file this report.

This ite m does not have an impact on th e Fiscal Year (FY) 2013-14 City Budget.
