HomeMy Public PortalAbout1991-33Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 97 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR TUCKBOROUGH FARM THIRD ADDITION WHEREAS, Hunterland Corp. (Applicant) has requested final plat approval for approximately 40 acres located west of Tuckborough Farm Second Addition; and WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the plat submitted by the Applicant for compliance with City requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota that final plat approval is granted for Tuckborough Farm Third Addition, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Applicant must pay park dedication fees for Lot 3, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2; 2. The Applicant must dedicate to the city the trail easement required by the city engineer; 3. The Applicant agrees to pay the city $3,000 per lot as a contribution towards the cost to upgrade Medina Road. The fee will be payable upon issuance of a building permit for each of the 4 lots. In order to assure payment of this fee, the Applicant must enter into a Petition and Waiver agreement in a form acceptable to the city attorney; 4. The Applicant shall provide a street profile satisfactory to the city engineer; 5. The Applicant must obtain approval of the plat from the appropriate watershed district; 6. The Applicant must post with the city a letter of credit in the amount of $/ls' 1:.7'to assure completion of the subdivision roads. In order to ensure completion of the roads, the Development must enter into a Private Road Agreement in a form satisfactory to the city attorney; 7. The Applicant must pay to the city for administrative expenses the amount determined by the city staff to represent the actual cost to the city of reviewing the subdivision; and 8. The Applicant must file the final plat with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of the adoption of this resolution. Failure to file the final plat within said period of time shall render this final plat approval null and void. Dated: eG -z_el , 1991.
