APPROVAL OF PAYMENT COOKE A VENUE DEVELOPERS LLC
\VHEREAS, the Borough ofCarteret has entered into a contract agreement providing for
construction of new Carteret Health and \Vellness Center; and
\VHEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payment of the various construction
components comprising the new facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and directed to make
payment for subservice investigation to Carteret Developers, LLC, the
amount of$10,765.00
2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and Borough Engineer.

and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 20, 2009.
