RESOLUTION NO. 5?/-3
WHEREAS the City of Medina has $10,000 in Year XVI, Community
Development Block Grant Program, to be used for Comprehensive
Planning, and
WHEREAS there are no Housing Rehabilitation funds in the cities
aacount, and
WHEREAS inquiries have been made by two City of Medina residents
for Housing Rehabilitation funds,
NOW 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that $10,000 from Year XVI
be reallocated toward Rehabilitation of Private property, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that use of the funds be also approved
for moving an existing house onto a private property on which
a private dwelling will be removed because of its deteriorated
condition.
