CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 47
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL
APPROVAL OF A LOT DIVISION FOR
LANCE AND SUNNY BEAULIEU
WHEREAS, Lance and Sunny Beaulieu (Applicants) are the owners of
property located in Medina and legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants are proposing a division of this property into two
lots, which will be legally described in Exhibit B attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the planning commission and city council have reviewed the
application for compliance with the City's subdivision regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina that final approval is hereby granted to the Applicants for the proposed lot
division, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Applicants must grant to the city the right-of-way, driveway, drainage
and utility easements required by the city engineer;
2. The Applicants must execute a covenant in a form satisfactory to the city
attorney to be recorded against the title of Parcel B restricting further
subdivision of that property until access is provided to the satisfaction of
the city;
3. It is acknowledged that no park dedication fee is required for either of the
parcels;
4. It is acknowledged that Parcel A and Parcel B can support an animal
structure; and
5. The Applicants must pay to the city an administrative fee equal to the cost
to the city of reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
