3. BUDGET CONCEPT REVIEW
Comments:
Staff is in the beginning of preparing the FY 2003-2004 Budget. Prior to preparing
detailed departmental budgets, staff would like to receive direction from the Lynwood
Redevelopment Agency Members on the direction of the organization.
Staff will be presenting a Personnel Overview based upon FY 2002-2003 Adopted
Budget; Preliminary FY 2002-2003 Year-End Estimates; and a proposed project driven
reorganization.
Recommendation:
Staff respectfully recommends that the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency Members
receive this presentation and direct staff accordingly.
