AUTHORlZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREElVIENT
WITH THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY
FOR THE PROVISION OF YARD WASTE RECYCLING
AND MARKETING SERVICES
BE IT RESOL YED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of earteeet that
the Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute
an agreement with the Middlesex County Improvement Authority for the
provision of yard waste recycling and marketing services.
