CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 91-49
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT
ON IMPROVEMENT OF PIONEER TRAIL FROM
T . H . 55 TO A POINT 1500 SOUTHEAST THEREOF
AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to improve Pioneer Trail from the intersection
of T . H . 55 to a point 1500 by constructing a roadway with stabilization fabric, 12
inches of aggregate base and 4 1/2 inches of bituminous paving 24 feet wide with 6
foot gravel shoulders; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene & Anderlik & Associates has prepared a
feasibility report regarding the proposed improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota as follows:
1. The feasibility report regarding the proposed improvement of Pioneer Trail is
hereby accepted.
2. A hearing on the proposed improvement is called for September 3, 1991, at
8:45 p.m.
3. The clerk -treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to cause such notice
thereof to be published and mailed to affected property owners as is required
by law.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Thies and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Acromite, Mitchell and Thies
and the following voted against same: None .
Absent: Scherer and Zeitlow
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted .
