AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR THE CHROME STREETS CAPE PROJECT
WHEREAS, there is a need to authorize bids for the Chrome Streetscape Project; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of earteeet that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the
Clrrome Streetscape Project.
Adopted this II'" day of June, 2009 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
June Ith, 2009.
