STATEMENT OF PROJECTED USE OF FUNDS

RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the city of Medina, through a joint cooperation agreement with
Hennepin County is a participant in the Urban Hennepin County Community
Development Block Grant program, and
WHEREAS, the city of Medina on October 16, 1990 executed Hennepin County
Contract No. A05650, (Year XVI Subrecipient Agreement) which governs the
implementation of approved activities in the Urban Hennepin County Community
Development Block Grant program, and
WHEREAS, the city of Medina held a public hearing on July 2, 1990 to
consider public comments on a proposed amendment to the Year XVI Urban
Hennepin County Statement of Projected Use of Funds,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Medina now amends the Year XVI Urban
Hennepin County Statement of Projected Use of Funds by reallocating $10,000
from #053, Comprehensive Planning to #920, Rehabilitation of Private Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of Medina authorize the
Mayor and City Administrator to execute Amendment No. 1 to Contract A05650 to
implement the subject amendment to the Year XVI Urban Hennepin County State-
ment of Proposed Use of Funds.
