RESOLUTION NO. 12-8413
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO REPORT TO THE CITY COMMISSION
ALL CONTRACTS THAT ARE SET TO EXPIRE WITHIN A
THREE (3) MONTH TIME FRAME PRIOR TO
EXPIRATION SO THE CITY COMMISSION WILL HAVE
NOTICE; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF
RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Opa-locka desires the City Manager to
report to the City Commission any and all contracts that are set to expire within a three (3)month
time frame, where the subject matter will require continuation in some form; and.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble are hereby incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby directs the City
Manager to report all contracts that will expire within a three (3) month time frame prior to
expiration, in order for the City Commission to have notice.
.Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2012.
