NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF OPA-LOCKA,FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference. Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Opa-locka hereby authorizes the City Manager to Resolution No. 12-8416 purchase and install a modular trailer by Modspace to be utilized by the Public Works and Utilities Department as a lunchroom/kitchen facility for the Public Works and Utilities Department staff, in an amount not to exceed Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-five Dollars($6,665.00),payable equally from Account Numbers 35- 535520 and 39-541520 Section 3.
